Safe and simple-to-use slicer has everything cooks need to get creative with their cutting. An ingenious design with a patented push button adjusts size/thickness without having to remove the slicing insert, just click to the thickness and slice you want.
Mandoline has three inserts for 10 different cuts—including two julienne slicers (3mm and 7.5mm) and a flat insert for meat—so cooks can julienne, shred, and cube fruits and vegetables, create restaurant-perfect French fries, and expertly slice meat to four different thicknesses.
Flat insert has a safety setting that covers the blade for secure storage. A food safety holder grips food while keeping fingers away from the blade, and an insert holder protects inserts when not in use and acts as a drying stand. Food safety holder and insert holder clip together and attach to the back of the slicer for compact storage.
Slip resistant rubber feet provide for stability during cutting. Durable BPA-free, ABS plastic construction with German surgical-grade stainless steel blades is built to last.
