- purple stripe garlic: 0.25 tsp. equals 1 clove garlic. add to soups, stews, and rubs, or sprinkle on pizza and salads.
- flowering hyssop thyme: 1 tsp. equals 1 tbsp. fresh thyme. add to soups, stews, and tomato sauces, or toss with roasted veggies or infuse in butter for basting.
- smoked pimentón paprika: 1 tsp. equals 0.25 tsp. liquid smoke. sprinkle on popcorn, use in meat rubs, or add to spanish paella.
- silk chili: sprinkle on pasta, pizza, and meats, or add to soups, stews, and fruit salads.
