these up with sweet or savory fillings and serve them to your fussiest crepe fanciers. Our crepe mix is gluten-free. The packaging statement about wheat/gluten was included for transparency about the facility, but all equipment is thoroughly cleaned and tested to ensure no gluten is present in the finished product.
