This set includes an 8" and 9.5" skillet, each with three coats of Exceliss+® nonstick that provide remarkable release and easy cleanup.
Castel’Pro ULTRALU consists of a layer of anodized aluminum above a layer of aluminum for quick even heat, plus an additional layer of stainless steel on the base to make it compatible with induction stovetops.
Cooking surface corners are rounded for easy mixing and cleaning, as are the rims to make pouring a simple, mess-free affair. The large, easy-to-grip handles are ergonomically designed for comfort and stay cool on stovetops.
