Crafthouse tips:
- Getting the perfect stir takes just a bit of practice. You want to create a "push-pull" motion allowing the back of the spoon to ride the inside of your mixing glass. Don’t do the twist!
- Many recipes call for a "bar spoon" as a measure. Not all are created equal though- ours is a perfect 1/8th oz measure, the accepted standard for this term.
- The base of your bar spoon can act as a muddler or ice cracker in a pinch. It’s also perfect for breaking up sugar cubes to make a perfect Old Fashioned.
