Description

Zwilling J.A. Henckels and “Master of the Blade” Bob Kramer teamed up to create the perfect prep-work knife. It’s destined to become your go-to for chopping, dicing and slicing. Guaranteed to last a lifetime, this knife has a blade of super-premium steel that’s been cryogenically hardened to maximize durability. Its SG2 core is clad on each side with 50 alternating layers of nickel and Damascus stainless steel, creating a 101-layer blade with a deep-etched chevron pattern.
Artisans in Seki, Japan hand-finished the blades, sharpening them twice using a traditional technique, followed by a whetstone, custom grits and mirror polishing on a leather wheel. It’s Japanese craftsmanship at its finest.
