The Ascent X4 Gourmet SmartPrep® system combines the power and durability of Vitamix with the convenience of a combination blender and food processor, right on your countertop. It includes a multi-use blade, two reversible slicing discs and more specialty discs to tackle a wide range of tasks. Five blending settings give you the ability to achieve a variety of textures, from soups and smoothies to cocktails and salsas. Spend less time chopping, dicing and slicing with the 12-cup food processor container that lends a helping hand for food prep. In addition, a digital timer takes the guesswork out manual processing, so you procure the perfect texture every time.
The 48-ounce container features an exclusive soft-grip handle and excels at both low-volume and midsize blends of one to four servings. Tamper holders conveniently attach to either side of the motor base for easy access while blending. When you’re finished, just add warm water and a drop of dish soap to the self-cleaning option. A compact, self-contained storage mode and an additional Stack and Store™ disc case make storage simple and easy.
